The Indian Prosthodontic Society proudly fosters a spirit of creativity and ingenuity in the field of Prosthodontics. Kindly take note of the following:

Submissions must feature novel ideas or solutions.
Registered design patents are acceptable.
Working models are highly encouraged.
Limited entries will be accepted on first come first serve basis.
Both faculty members and students are welcome to submit.
Maximum presentation time: 10 mins
Kindly note that if you are selected for theAruna Mehta Research Award Presentation , or participating in the IBP Exam, Esthetics and Functionality Showdown or Complex Cases, Innovative Solutions, you are requested not to register for this competition.

The Indian Prosthodontic Society (IPS) will provide support and encouragement for patenting the selected innovative ideas and facilitate the conversion of design patents or patents into commercially viable products.

One student from each college can participate in the event. Maximum of 30 entries will be included on a first come first serve basis.
Each student will be provided with a case (diagnostic cast, radiographs, clinical photographs).
The student that presents the best treatment plan according to the judges will be the winner.
Kindly note that if you are selected for the Aruna Mehta Research Award Presentation, participating in the IBP Exam, or presenting an innovation at Innosphere, you are requested not to register for this competition.
You are allowed to register only for one of the two: Esthetics and Functionality Showdown or Complex Cases, Innovative Solutions

This presentation is a competitive exercise where the student is required to demonstrate their approach to patient rehabilitation exclusively through the use of clinical photographs. The presentation should illustrate how the student achieved both functional and aesthetic restoration for the patient.

Each participant/team must submit a completed patient case that focuses on both esthetic and functional aspects of prosthodontics.
Documentation should include before-and-after photos, and any innovative techniques employed. Please note presentations in the form of pictures only will be considered. Cases should be presented professionally, with clear images, succinct descriptions, and adherence to ethical standards. High resolution images of 300 dpi or more will be accepted.
Consent: Written patient consent for using images and case details is required.
